My God: Back in the day of the old Transputer, we were all, ALL pioneers helping computing grow long legs!

Long hours in the basement of that old house - built in 1900 - it had 24 foot ceilings and solid oak beams running across the living room ceiling. Three thousand square feet of antiquity that had not had its yard cut for over 25 years. An acre of land…uncut…for twenty-five years..! Yet, close enough to Georgia Tech to throw stones onto the campus. I kid you NOT!
